Filippina Rossi Gasti was a teacher, poet and writer. She took part in the Beatrice Exhibition in Florence, 1890, with her paper ‘Le donne nella Divina Commedia’ (‘Women in the Divine Comedy’), which was awarded a gold medal certificate by the jury. She worked with the newspaper ‘Albo della Giovinezza’ (Bergamo, 1887-1896), edited by Lucia Brasi.
